Bev has followed Jesus since she was a child, growing up surrounded by strong Christian friends in a biblically-centered church environment. She first sensed a call from God to full-time ministry at age 15. She eventually attended Canadian Bible College, where she met her husband Cal. Together, they served at Trailview Alliance Church in Swift Current, SK, before following God into international ministry in Ecuador and Chile. Moving to Calgary in 2008, they swiftly discovered a home at RockPointe Westhills. Bev now works at the University of Calgary.

Bev's recent spiritual growth edges involve the spiritual disciplines of stillness and rest. Bev looks forward to contributing strengths in administration, helps and faith to her role on the elders board.
