The Youth & Young Adults Pastor is a dual-role position responsible for the leadership, health, and growth of Youth (Grades 6–12) and Young Adults ministries at RockPointe Church (RPC). This role prioritizes Youth Ministry while ensuring strong development pathways into Young Adults and adult life within the church. We are looking for a leader that will champion environments where students and young adults encounter Jesus, build authentic community, and are equipped to live missionally!
