Executive Pastor of Ministries (XPM)

RockPointe Church is seeking a builder and visionary to help shape both the present and future of RockPointe Church. By blending executive leadership skills and local ministry, the Executive Pastor of Ministries (XPM) will help build the foundation for RPC's vision of Doubling Our Reach by 2030, ultimately transitioning into a fully strategic/central leadership role as the ministry multiplies.
