Bearspaw Rentals
Bearspaw has a large lobby, auditorium, and meeting rooms to accommodate your event. The view is breathtaking as the facility overlooks the beautiful Bow River valley and the mountains. Our Bearspaw facility is located West of Calgary on Highway 1A (Crowchild Trail NW), approximately 9 km West of Stoney Trail on the South side of the Highway at Lochend Road.
Our large lobby can accommodate weddings and receptions of up to 250 people. The view is breathtaking as the facility overlooks the beautiful Bow River valley and the mountains. The view is so incredible that even our parking lot has been used for wedding ceremonies!
Our auditorium can seat 700-800 in theatre style and up to 450 people at round tables for receptions, conferences, and fundraisers. Our large stage and state-of-the-art audiovisual system are popular for recitals and concerts.
We have many other meeting rooms for break-out sessions, and we can easily host corporate meetings and planning days. Our Caterer happily accommodates any group size with a wide and diverse menu selection.

Our foyer has an incredible view of the mountains and can seat roughly 250 people comfortably. Our auditorium can seat up to 800 theatre-style or 450 banquet-style at round tables, so you can stay the day and have your ceremony and reception in the same location! We've even hosted weddings outside so guests can truly be IN the majesty of the mountains!
We provide audio visual, and sound equipment to project speakers and videos onto the side screens and into the foyer, and even an in-house caterer to provide meals throughout the day - your search is over!
We have the perfect stage, audio-visual and sound setup to serve your concert and recital needs! We can easily and comfortably accommodate 700-800 people in our auditorium and have many additional rooms for performers to prepare for their performances! Our state-of-the-art sound, lighting, and audio-visual systems can enhance your productions and presentations and ensure a second-to-none experience.
