Ken and Melanie Driedger - Ken’s passion is to see thriving local churches globally, reaching all people groups everywhere. Melanie’s passion is to see healthy, loving Christ followers serving effectively everywhere. Currently, in partnership with the Alliance Canada, Ken serves as both the President of Missional International Church Network (MICN) Canada and an MICN Church Effectiveness Coach (www.micn.org) which is starting and strengthening international churches in many parts of the world previously hard to reach with the gospel. Jeremy and Breanne Heide are directors of Casa Luz, a ministry in San Jose, Costa Rica, which provides a home for young mothers and their children who come from situations of abuse, extreme poverty, and exploitation. These young families are given a safe place to live, the help they need to heal, and the resources they require to flourish. Keith and Taran Lihaven, along with their children Jayda and Cody, have been serving the Lord in Chiang Rai, Thailand, since 2017 with Crave International, serving local ministries by combining creative discipleship programs with existing church strategies. They regularly teach in bible schools and churches, supporting church-unifying ministries and creating new opportunities for disciples to grow in their faith. Becky Matchullis is an International Worker (IW) Family Resilience Coach who provides resources for families around the world with many mission organizations. She educates, coaches, and debriefs mission workers to and from their assignments and is there for any crisis they face in the field. She also teaches mission organizations and churches how to best care for these front-line Kingdom people so they are healthy, resilient, and effective in ministry.
Craig and Maureen Moody are missionaries serving with North American Baptist (NAB) in Cameroon, West Africa. Currently, they live in the city of Bamenda, where Craig is covering some of the responsibilities of Cal Hohn, the NAB Field Director, as he and his family are on home assignment. Maureen is using her nursing skills in teaching continuing education to medical workers. In 2017, they headed to Bamkikai, the home of the Life Abundant Program (LAP). This primary health care program is their main ministry.
Tim and Nancy Moore, longtime RockPointe members, have been serving in Phuket, Thailand, since January 2020. They are engaged in Envision Justice Semester (JSEM), mentoring the next generation into the mission of Jesus Christ in order to see the Kingdom of God established among the local population of this community. Nancy's priorities include mentoring JSEM students, teaching English to local women, and caring for the local International Workers Team. Tim teaches "gap year" students for their three months with Justice Semester, and continues to develop discipleship curriculum for JSEM students. Together host short-term teams from North America and assist in mentoring interns from ministry schools who join Envision Phuket. Tim and Nancy are also involved in a pastoral role at All Nations International Church Phuket.
Blake and Kathy Penson - Blake serves with The Alliance Canada as Area Director for Latin America and the Caribbean. His role involves coming alongside Latin American national church pastors and missions directors as they identify, equip and send their own international workers to the least reached people groups of the world. One such partnership is Samuel House in Paraguay, where Latin American missions candidates receive missiological training, practical experience amongst people groups who have immigrated from areas in the world to which these candidates will be sent, and ongoing follow-up in their locations of assignment.
Anna Sinclair is an International Worker with the Alliance Canada serving in Mexico City. She returned to Mexico on June 21, 2023, for a four-year commitment, partnering with the national Alliance church and local ministries in coming alongside various ethnic groups in Mexico. Her prayer is that communities would come to know their Creator and discover the unique ways they can glorify Him through their God-given language and culture. www.cmacan.org/as
Sam Tekley established Yekibir Tesfa Ministry (formerly Tekley Foundation) in Ethiopia in 2001 after experiencing heavy persecution for his faith during the Red Terror in the late 1970s. Sam now works for WorldServe Ministries in Canada as Ethiopia Project Manager, working to grow and strengthen the persecuted church in Ethiopia from his home base in Calgary. Among other things, Yekibir Tesfa in Ethiopia primarily: Trains and sponsors indigenous evangelists for service in remote areas; provides compassion aid and trauma counselling; helps churches start kindergartens; and organizes discipleship-oriented youth events.
Shaan and Katie are International Workers who live on the Thai-Myanmar border. They are currently working among migrants communities and are focused on youth discipleship and empowerment. They have a passion to see multiplying communities of faith among least-reached people groups.
