Shauna was blessed to grow up in a Christian home in Edmonton. She made a decision to follow Christ and was baptized at age 12, but found it was really in her 20s that she more fully understood what it meant to be a disciple of Jesus. Shauna is most excited about seeing what God has in store during this next season at RockPointe. Shauna found RockPointe in 1999, shortly after finishing university and moving to Calgary, and has always appreciated the biblically grounded teaching, sense of community, and outward focus. She married her husband Geoff in 2003 and has three boys - Samuel, Levi, and Julien. The family currently attends Bowridge on Saturday nights. She loves to ride bikes, garden, and read in her spare time, although spare time is sometimes hard to come by with young boys.
