Ryan and his wife Brittany (who loves serving on the Bearspaw worship team) have three growing boys, and an awesome dog, Norah! They have been a part of RockPointe for many years and love that they have the opportunity to serve the body. They have lived in Cochrane for a long time and love the community and quick access to the mountains.
Ryan’s Pastor of Ministry Support role combines executive pastoral functions (Teams, Strategy & Staff) and Operational functions (HR, Finance, Admin, OHS, facility, IT/AV & Communications). He has the opportunity to lead a fantastic Operations Team who moves forward in each of these areas.
> | Oversees RockPointe's financial health and wellbeing in collaboration with the Financial Administrator. |
> | Oversees property management in collaboration with the Facilities Director and the Property Stewardship Team. Includes the Capital Reserve Fund, schedules, agreements and contracts. |
> | Oversees Human Resources for all RockPointe staff. |
> | Oversees Audio/Visual Tech (A/V) and Information Technology (IT). |
> | Oversees Operational Health & Safety. |
> | Member of the RockPointe Lead Team. |
> | Supervises and leads the RockPointe Operations Team. |
> | Member of the RockPointe Teaching Team. |
